A one-of-a-kind long sleeve shirt that channels Vivienne Westwood’s iconic spirit with a dark academia twist. Handmade from both sourced and repurposed fabrics, this is a sustainable piece. 

This shirt was inspired by a fun argyle print. I knew that mixing the two patterns both argyle and the lace black floral would create a unique and unconventional look. Just like my inspo forever Vivian Westwood. 

The bodice is crafted from high-quality cotton sourced directly from Mood Fabrics in New York City. The sleeves are a thrift flip — carefully taken from a dress that might have otherwise gone to waste. As a fashion student at the Fashion Institute of Technology, I strongly believe in reclaiming design by giving life to old materials. It’s the sustainable way, the Zingmade way. 

The shirt is really lightweight with the cotton bodice and the laced sleeves. This keeps it breathable and full of fun textures. The thin & airy construction makes it the perfect top for layering or even wearing it on its own in any season!
